Each fish gelatin capsule of Omega3 contains 1350mg of Ultra-Intensity-Omega-3 (UIO-3) fish oil, which is our unique blend of EPA and DHA (55:25). Omega-3 is recommended by the American Heart Association. Two capsules provide over 2700mg of UIO-3 and 2500mg of total omega-3: making Omega3 one of the highest professional-grade fish oils available.
